          "a room, set of rooms, or building used as a place for commercial, professional, or bureaucratic work."

MS Office: 
                    MS OFFICE is similar to having different departments in a company {e.g. management, stitching, accounting, etc.).In MS Office, Suppose, MS Word is a composing department, MS Excel is an accounting department, MS Access is a management department.                 
                    MS Office was first announced on August 1, 1988 at COMDEX  by Bill Gates in Las VegasMicrosoft Office is a family of software developed by client software, server software and MicrosoftThe first version of Office included Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. SoftPedia reported July 10, 2012 that more than 1 billion people worldwide are using Office.   

                    Office is built in a variety of versions for different users and computing environments. The original and most used version is the desktop version, available for Windows and PCs running MacOS operating systems.      
                          
                   The current 2019 version is the latest version of Office, called Desktop Office, released on September 24, 2018These include MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, One Note, Outlook and Publisher.
