Shorts Keys + Basics
➤ We know that Power Point is used for presentation.
If you want to run PowerPoint with run command, use the window + r key.
Such a window will open after pressing.↓

Now the power point will start to load.

Now you can start work on Power Point.
➤ File type/Extension ➜ .pptx (default)
.pptx ➜ a presentation that you can open on PC/Mac in Power point 2007/13 and newer versions.
you can also open the power point presentation on any mobile device that has installed power point.
➤ working Area ➜ slide
The area where we work on PowerPoint is called a slide.
The slide is the area where we make the presentation.
➤ New slide ➜ Ctrl + M
If you need a new slide, you can create a new slide with the key Ctrl+M.
➤ Save ➜ Ctrl + S
When done, press Ctrl + S to save the file.
➤ Save As ➜ F12
If you want to save the file in another format, press F12.
for example: presentation to video,in PDF, in JPEG, etc.
The Power Point has 9 layouts for the slide. You can choose your custom layout from the Layout option in the Home menu.
there are 5 views of slide in power point.That means you can view the slide in 5 different ways.
➤ Slide copy ➜ Ctrl + D
