Slide Views in PowerPoint

              

               In the previous tutorial, we learned how to load PowerPoint with run command. In this tutorial, we will learn what slide layouts and views are.
              As we know, the working area of PowerPoint is called a slide.

                The number of slide views in PowerPoint is 5 which you can see by going to the View option in PowerPoint and selecting the view you want.

1-Normal View.

                   Normal view is used to create or edit a new slideshow in PowerPoint.

2-Outline View.

                    Clicking on the Outline view in PowerPoint shows the text on the slide in the form of headings to the left, where we can click a section to reach it.

                 In fact, we use the outline view to reach anywhere in our presentation and to search for a text.In this view we can see all the text and headings in our slides to the left of the slides.

3-Slide Sorter.

                 We use the slide sorter to set up the slides in our presentation.

             Suppose our presentation consists of 10 slides and some slides are random. Click the slide sorter to set these random slides, so the slides will look relatively(نسبتاً) small. Here we can change the position of any slide by dragging it.

4-Notes Page.

                When we make our presentation we present it to the public. We also have to explain it when presenting it. We write down the words we need to describe. PowerPoint also allows us to write these notes in PowerPoint.

                When creating a slideshow, there is a place to write slide notes on the slide bottoms where we can write the words or notes that are mentioned in our presentation.

                We can see both the slides and the notes together by clicking on the Notes page.

              In Reading View, we play our slides to read and check if there are any errors.
